About the service

Obell Trading, operated by Owen Schmahl, publishes a personal journal of completed NQ futures trades, charts, and post-trade commentary. Reviews are general publications, not tailored to a member's finances, positions, risk tolerance, or goals. Membership does not include live signals, copy trading, personalized trading recommendations, or account management. Support is limited to website, account, and billing assistance. These terms apply to your use of obelltrading.com and its Premium membership. By creating an account or purchasing membership, you agree to these terms.

Published results

Journal posts and dashboard statistics cover only published entries available to your account, not a complete account track record. Figures are entered by the publisher and are not independently audited. Dashboard totals do not automatically deduct trading costs; individual posts provide context for fees, commissions, and whether trading was live or simulated. Published outcomes are not returns a member should expect.

Educational content and trading risk

Content is for general information and education, not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to enter a trade. Obell Trading does not execute trades or manage money for members.

Futures trading involves substantial risk, including losses greater than your initial investment. Published trades and past results do not guarantee future performance. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for their results. Membership does not promise profits, specific results, real-time alerts, or a fixed number of posts.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Membership is for your personal use; do not share or resell account access.

Price and automatic renewal

Premium costs US$23.99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and Stripe charges your selected payment method until you cancel. The checkout page displays the amount due before you subscribe. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A free account alone does not start a paid subscription.

Payments and billing information are processed by Stripe. You can review billing and manage payment methods from Account & Billing. Any future price changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal.

Digital delivery and access

Membership is delivered online through your account after successful payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped. If access does not appear after payment, contact support.

An active membership provides access to trades first published from the start of your subscription day onward, using Central time (America/Chicago). Posts from earlier days are not included. Access continues while your membership remains eligible and ends when your paid period expires. If you subscribe again after your subscription ends, access begins from your new subscription day. Renewing an uninterrupted subscription preserves its original start date.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before your next renewal through Account & Billing → Manage Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves access available through the end of your paid period. Logging out or not using the site does not cancel membership.

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and billing-error assistance. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Content and acceptable use

Obell Trading content is provided for personal viewing during eligible membership. Do not redistribute, republish, sell, or share member-only charts or posts without permission, except as allowed by law. Do not bypass access controls, misuse the service, or interfere with other users. Access may be restricted for fraud, unauthorized sharing, or other material misuse, subject to applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions, errors, and maintenance can occur. Content may be corrected or updated. We will post revised terms with a new effective date and notify members of material changes where required. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
